Indiana University Varsity Club

Rachel Orme serves as Assistant Director of Donor Engagement and Communications for the IU Varsity Club, where she supports communication and stewardship initiatives, helps with the endowed scholarship assignment process, supervises the Varsity Club internship program, and assists with various administrative functions.

Orme joined the Varsity Club as Senior Development Assistant in 2024 before advancing to her current role. Prior to that, she gained experience at IU Athletics as a Social and Digital Media Intern with the Mark Cuban Center for Digital Media & Technology from 2022 to 2024.

A Bloomington native, Orme earned her bachelor's degree in media advertising from Indiana University in 2024 and her master's degree in athletic administration and sports management in 2025.
